does provide certain user registration and statistical information such as

your IP address will not be transmitted with messages sent from your A
Safe Spot
account. A Safe Spot may access your account, including its Data, to
respond to service or technical problems or as stated in this Agreement.
You, not A Safe Spot, shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy,
quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness and copyright
of all Data, and A Safe Spot shall not be responsible or liable for the
deletion, correction, destruction, damage, loss or failure to store any
Data.
Your choices with respect to
personal information
A Safe Spot recognizes and appreciates
the importance of responsible use of
information collected on this Site.
Without your consent, A Safe Spot will
not communicate any information to you
regarding services and special offers
available from A Safe Spot, although we
may find it necessary to communicate
